Giving to Get a Law of the Ego

“Giving to get” is an inescapable law of the ego, which ALWAYS evaluates itself in relation to others’ egos, and is therefore continually preoccupied with the scarcity principle which gave rise to it.

You learn first that having rests on GIVING and NOT getting.

To bargain is to LIMIT giving, and this is NOT God’s Will.
To will WITH God is to create like HIM.
God does not limit HIS gifts in ANY way.
YOU are His gifts, and so your gifts must be like HIS.

The will to receive is the will to accept.

The cost of giving IS receiving.

The miracle is that you RECEIVE, you GIVE.
None can lose, and everyone MUST benefit.
It IS awareness that giving and receiving ARE the same.

Unless he gives, he will not know he has,
for giving is the proof of having.
